Lotus – Editor: Photography

Lotus Carroll is an emotionally volatile dork with a heart of gold.
After being in school for far too long, she earned a BA and an MA in Psychology. She thought she would use her degrees, and affinity for understanding people, to earn money. Instead, she is using them to try to remain sane as the mother of a very spirited and demanding toddler son and the wife of a road-touring, guitar-playing husband who is gone for long stretches at a time.
To stay sane, she visits her passions: writing, photography, nature, gardening, and food. She likes to laugh, but understands the value of a good cry. She talks to the people inside her computer. A lot.
She is the Editor of the Photographychannel at Blissfully Domestic. You can find her elsewhere at:

Sylvia – Editor: Writing & Garden
Sylvia is a small town girl born and raised in Campbell, Ohio. After an exceptionally frigid winter she flew south and got married. She now resides on a small farm in Florida with her wonderful husband and their two adventurous little boys. She works as a freelance & children’s writer and is currently awaiting the publication of her first picture book. She is also a columnist for The Handmaiden, an Orthodox Christian Women’s journal and occasionally appears on Ancient Faith Radio. She is thrilled to be the new editor for Blissfully Domestic‘s Arts & Crafts and Writing channels and is a frequent contributor at Divine Caroline.

Rachel – Editor: Food
Rachel, the Food Editor for Bliss Domestic, is a 30 year old SAHM mom of two, a toddler and a preschooler who only don their halos when their dad comes home, or when they want something. She’s been married for nearly 8 years to her very own Prince Charming, where they live in the wilds of South Texas. When she’s not slaying dragons with her trusty Dyson or weaving dream spells with stuffed animals she’s usually nose deep in a recipe book, or standing over a hot stove creating tonguegasmic delights for her family and friends.
Rachel’s secret ingredients for life and cooking are equal parts, Faith, Love, Hope and Laughter.
You can find Rachel blogging about trying to raise two kids with morals, manners and Faith, photography, marriage, food and all the insanity that happens in between at From The Land of Monkeys and Princesses.
Christine – Editor: Health
Almost exactly one month to the day after Christine graduated from medical school, her son was born. She delayed her internship for six months to be at home with him, and as those quick months were drawing to a close, she requested six more. When the time came for her to enter back into the world of medicine, she simply walked away. Christine’s son is now ten years old, and aside from the occasional weekend photo gig (or home staging, my new entrepreneurial tangent), she’s been a stay-at-home (sketchy homemaker) mom ever since.
