It’s no secret that I just may be a little more Blissful than Domestic, right y’all? Through the years so many brilliant women have taught me everything from how to cook, how to plant a vegetable garden, to how to organize my kid’s clutter, ahem, um, I mean, their artwork, all 4 million pieces of it.
Has Teresa seen my office? Is she reading my mind? Her article today, How to Deal
With Home Office Clutter is just what I needed.
I loved her three steps to how to deal with clutter:
- GIVE IT
When you have something that you never use, give it to someone who will make use of it. - SELL IT
Need a few extra bucks? Consider selling those things you don’t use. Resist the impulse to save everything. - TOSS IT
Obsolete documents that you won’t be needing in the future (you may want to shred some of these for security). Throw away broken objects. If you want to keep it to fix it, put it in a box for a week—if it’s still there a week later, toss it.
I hope you enjoy Teresa’s article as much as I did. It is serious Organizing Bliss!
