Ever have a really long day? You know, one of those days that goes on and on and on, and the kids are playing rodeo in the foyer? Yeah, that kind of day. What is a ‘good’ mother to do? Errands, of course! Just when you think the kids are secretly brewing their own coffee when you are out of the room, and you just know your head will explode, you look for a great excuse to run an errand.

I love when I can leave the boys and my husband to wrestle and run around crazy while I ‘just have to’ go pick up things we need to pack lunches. Sure, I’m all “I can’t believe I have to go NOW, but you guys need sandwiches tomorrow at school!” but let’s be honest, it’s a lovely break. Wanna see? Just promise not to tell the boys, m’kay?
