As former Internet Safety Coordinator for my local school district, I taught online safety to over 1,000 children. As a member of the school technology department, I worked with over 600 children each week, teaching technology, online safety and keyboarding to elementary children. For the past five years, I have worked as a full-time and part-time freelance writer for both online and offline venues. Because of my online safety work, I wrote a newspaper column for several years as well. Besides my two beautiful children, the rest of my household consists of three fabulous cats and one doggy.
