This salmon is flaky, moist, melt in your mouth delicious and yet so very easy to make. Simple Skillet Cooked Salmon * 1 salmon fillet from your seafood deli. (I chose a large one, about 14 oz) * 2 Tbsp olive oil * 1 Tbsp butter * 1 Tbsp Blackened Seasoning, I use Old Bay. What to do 1. I cut my salmon into two equal (roughly 7 oz each) portions, leaving the skin on I rubbed olive oil over the whole of each piece of salmon. 2. Snickerdoodles or snickering doodles, as my 4 year old calls them These are my favorite cookies to make with kids because they are easy, the ingredients are simple and they are definitely hands on. Ingredients * 1 C unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened * 2 C sugar * 1/2 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp cream of tartar * 2 large eggs * 1 1/4 tsp vanilla * 3 C flour How To 1. In a medium sized bowl, beat the butter for about 30 seconds on medium speed. Add the sugar, baking soda and cream of tartar, beating until well mixed.
