I have made my own baby food with both my kids, and it is the best thing ever! I feel like I am giving them the best, you know?

I have always used www.wholesomebabyfood.com as my resource! It's awesome!

I found baby food cookbooks at my local library. It is cheap and easy to make homemade baby food. I am a very queasy person so the thought of jar baby food was more than I could handle.

Super Baby Food was my saving grace. I didn't know anything except for the fact that I knew I wanted to make our own baby food. It was (and still is!) such a great resource. I still use it for recipes that my two year old loves.

we used the book "mommy homemade and daddy too"(or something to that effect). wonderfully informative and helpful book. it includes recipes for toddlers and adults as well. it makes the homemade babyfood much more simple and clear. and we didnt buy any fancy equipment to make the food. we just used a 10 dollar immersion stick blender. easy peezy!
