How to Make a Mardi Gras Mask for a Toddler

Measure where your child’s eyes are for the eye-holes. I just held the mask up against my daughter’s face and lightly marked where her eyes were. Then I used my hole punch and punched a few holes — it gives it a flower shape instead of just a circle, which, personally, I think it gives it a bit more glam.

Decorate! This is the best part! Glitter, sequins, feathers –anything goes! Punch a hole on each side of the mask and thread ribbon through so you can tie on your toddler’s head.

Enjoy! Ideally your toddler will wear her mask on her face instead of head, but my daughter thought wearing it on the top of her head was much cooler.
