		<description>Thanks for the great tips!  I always try to have at least enough posts for one week ahead of the current one.  I also keep a notebook full of ideas for posts.  However, I never thought about reposting older posts or having guest writers!  Thanks again.</description>

		<description>Great tips!  I love the idea of &#039;stockpiling&#039; a few timeless articles so they can be ready to go when needed--we used to do this when I was in television.  I would do a few stories to keep &#039;in the can&#039; (as we called it) on health tips, education factoids, interesting trivia, etc., and it would allow me to take that short vacation but still have &#039;face&#039; time on the broadcast.
