I adore this YouTube video. I have been brainstorming all the fun things the boys can make lapbooks about. My Nine year old is already planning his ‘Mythbusters’ lapbook.

These are great. And to think we’ve just been adding pages to a boring binder! Is there a link with more detail and ideas on how to make them (materials, how they attached the pages together, etc)?
That is so neat! I cannot wait to do this stuff with my kids. (I only have one daughter so far, and she’s only 10 months.) I found this blog through BDL. The first post I read was the one on Tidal Learning, and I thought it was a brilliant description of what I hope to do with my own children via homeschooling. I’m finding all sorts of other great stuff digging through the archives. Thanks for such a great blog!!

Oh, my kids love “Mythbusters”, too! Actually, so does their mom.
I hadn’t thought of making lapbooks for it. I’m starting to add our lapbooks to my site along with directions. They’re fun to share!

We LOVE Lapbooks! I’ve been doing lapbooks with my dd now 4 for the last year. She is so tactile they are great for her. We’ve done Lapbooks for Blueberries for Sal, Katy No-Pocket, and sevral other of the Before Five in a Row titles. Right now we’re working on a Creation Lapbook.
