Day 7 -Joseph and His Brother

The Jesse Tree Ornament for Day 7 is a Coat to represent Joseph and his coat of many colors.

1. Cut a long tunic coat shape from blue felt.
2. Cut 3 Isosceles triangles, 1 each from red, yellow, and orange felt.
3. Cut a pink sash strip – this will be the belt
4. Cut 4 small diamonds for the buttons, 1 each from pink, red, yellow, and orange felt.
5. Cut 2 thin lavender rectangles.
6. Cut 2 thin green rectangles.
7. Glue the lavender and green stripes to the arms.
8. Glue the diamond buttons down the front of the coat.
9. Glue the triangles across the bottom of the coat pointing up.
10. Glue the belt between the triangles and the diamonds.
