If you are a Charlotte Mason homeschooler and keeping a Book of Centuries (or would like to start), here is a printable form that includes all of the centuries on one page (click on the form for the pdf).

I created this form so that we could see, at a glance, where various people/events fit into history. Additionally, as eclectic homeschoolers, I wanted to reference the four historical periods used in the Classical Christian approach.

To use:

1. Fill in the top line with the name of the person/event you are studying along with the pertinent date(s).
2. Mark the date(s) on the timeline.
3. Fill the page with photos, drawings, notes, or anything else you wish to include about the person/event.
4. Record the date in “Today’s Date.”
5. Hole punch it, and file it in a binder (your “Book of Centuries”) according to the date(s).
