Last week I posted my bargain meal of the week ideas from Kroger and Meijer. After posting those meals, I knew that something “Bigger” had to be done. So I put out a call for contributors. And it was answered!!!

I am thrilled to announce that $5 Dinners has a fabulous new feature. Bargain Meal of the Week is weekly roundup of all the best bargain meals from different grocery stores around the country based on their weekly circulars.

Different contributors from all over the US browse their grocery store ads and come up with an “uber cheap” recipe based on what ingredients are on sale that week in their store. Recipes and/or links are posted with each meal on each contributor’s site.

Planning your meals helps you save money. Planning your meals based on what’s on sale REALLY helps you save money! I hope the new Bargain Meal of the Week feature helps you on your way to saving more at the grocery store!
