25-30 minutes
Face wash for your skintype
Exfoliating scrub
Yogurt face mask for all skin types
Moisturizer
Wash face with face wash for your skin type
Exfoliate with your scrub by rubbing it on with fingertips in a circular motion
Steam – fill sink with warm water, dip face cloth in and dab on face, repeat 2-3 times
Apply the mask, avoiding areas around the eyes and leave on for 10-20 minutes then rinse completely
Finish the at home treatment by rubbing moisturizer on your face
A small basin filled with warm water
A tablespoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of bath oil
Sea salt tablets (optional)
Skin file or pumice stone
Skin cream or lotion
Nail clippers and emery board
Nail polish and optional base and top coat polishes
Soak feet in small basin of warm water with bath oil and baking soda mixture
An optional second soak with sea salts can be done next
Pat feet dry
File away dead skin with pumice stone or skin file, focusing on heels and the balls of your feet
Apply cream or lotion
If opting to use a base coat (tends to make your polish last longer), apply now
Apply polish and top coat (if desired)
Enjoy your pretty feet!
Bake brownies
Take a long bubble bath with candles, music and your favorite relaxing drink
Sit outside and enjoy a warm quiet afternoon watching the clouds roll by
Lose yourself in a good book
Call a good friend and laugh
