We all do it, we run out of the house to run some errands and realize too late that we are hungry. Or worse yet, the kids are hungry. Instead of buying them something of questionable nutritional value, put a stash of granola bars, raisins, raw almonds, and water bottles in your car. Then when hunger hits you can hand out your secret stash of healthy snacks.
