***Congrats to Lisa from msfituniverse.com, You were randomly chosen by Random.org today as the winner of this printer. Check your email. Thank you to everyone who entered. I have loved reading all of your money saving tips!***

I have a confession- all my pictures are digital. I have over 9,000 stored online. I never print them. Why? Because ink is just a wee bit cheaper than diamonds.
Well, not quite that expensive, but still- you know what I mean right? The ink is outrageous. Here at Financial Bliss, we are always looking for the best deals to save money for you.
We love this great printer because the ink is affordable. Kodak was nice enough to allow us to not only test it for ourselves, but give one to you! I played around with the printer all weekend and the photos look great.
Guess who is going to actually print her photos again?
You can find out if you are overpaying for ink here.

Katie,
This is great news! I would just LOVE to win this printer. They call me the MamaRazzi, and I also save money by keeping all my pics on hard drive, and occasionaly will need to print one out. I save by: emailing my pic, or taking it via flash drive to one of the photo machines at Walgreens, CVS, or Target. Also, check in the pharmacy type stores to see if they can refill your old cartridges! BUT…if I had a snazzy machine like this…I would go crazy, and the relatives, etc. would be bombarded with nice printed pictures. Oohhh, pick me! On to the rest of the contest list…Bye! and thank you!
Oh, and I overspend 293.30 for three years, and 879.90 over the life of the printer! Zowie!…and does an RT at twitter count as the tweet?
Oh my goodness! This is such a cool printer! I knew ink was expensive, but wowzers! I really want this printer, so here goes!
1. My favorite money-saving tip is using http://angelfoodministries.com for much of my grocery shopping. We absolutely love it!
2. I tweeted! @workingdiva

I save money by always making sure I have a drink for me and my son when we head out on outings for the day. It’s amazing how much people spend when they just stop to get a drink and end up buying more stuff with it at the “convenience” store.
Yay! I got it all done. Now I am going to go break the news gently to my old and busted HP printer…wish me luck!
I try to save by making sure the kids eat before we head out somewhere and taking some snacks with us so we don’t make eating stops while out.
Wow I overspend $90.91!
Wow, I overpaid $137.10 a YEAR? That’s over three hundred dollars in the past few years. INSANE! I think I need a Kodak printer!
A favorite money saving tip I do is, online billing. Saving money on stamps, they seem to be going up all the time…
My money saving tip? We very rarely eat out. I make almost all our meals and bring food along with us when going on trips. (We are lucky – in Germany, you are allowed to bring in your own food/drink just about everywhere, except movie theatres).

Holy cow! I overspend $122.21 each year! That’s pricey!
I think this counts as a money-saving tip, and it’s on topic, too! Instead of using expensive ink to print our photos, I look for free deals from drugstores and online photo printing sites. Honestly, there are more deals than I have photos to print, and they’re easy to find!
I overpaid $104/year on ink, ick!

Yay I retweeted it! I did all 5! Hope I win!
I have saved a lot of money when I stopped buying paper towel and switched to microfiber cloths!

I am drooling over that printer!! WOW!
Money saving tip: Buy fresh, use coupons and shop sales!!! And return things if they don’t live up to your expectations!!!! That’s a biggie!!
Whenever we go out for a bite to eat I order water (from the tap) to drink.
I buy generic brands whenever possible.
I quit smoking!
This would be INSANE to win! My favorite money saving tip is the age old end of season clearances for the next years sizes!!
I tweeted here – http://twitter.com/BellaValentina
This printer would be totally awesome. My MIL is always complaining that she never gets pictures of the kids anymore.
One of my moneysaving tips is to buy the kids clothes for next year at the end of season sales. I’ve gotten some great deals and saved a ton of money.
We overspend $239.60 on ink…YIKES!!!!
Money saving tip: Make your own bread. We bought a bread machine and started making our own bread and we saved over $400 dollars last year just by cutting out store bought bread!
How exciting!
My favorite money saving tip….coupons! They really add up and any help here and there I greatly appreciate!
Thanks for a great giveaway!
I’d love to win this printer! I have 5 kids under 7 so I take LOTS of pictures and I homeschool to so I print lots of worksheets!
MONEY SAVING TIP I USE: Make a grocery list and only leave TWO extra lines for things that I orginally didn’t put on my list. That wayI am not going crazy at store. I know I can buy that treat or something the kids ask for without being over my budget or going crazy on junk food purchases!
Overspending on ink…. apparently I over spend about $80 a year!
OUCH! I could buy a new outfit or two with that money! LOL
I recieve Blistfully Domestic email newsletter.

My favorite money-saver is not buying all of those expensive cleaning supplies and sticking with baking soda…and sometimes some vinegar.
Fabulous giveaway!!
Once I tell you about my FAVORITE money saving “tip”, it probably won’t be there for me any more, LOL! Wal Mart and other large retailers give away their greeting card envelopes at the end of each month. They return the unsold cards to the card company(ies), but not the envelopes, so I have stocked up on different size envelopes in the past. I also make my own greeting cards for every occassion, including Christmas, and I put my cards in those free envelopes:)
maggie@mannwieler.com
According to the PrintandProsper site, I could be saving $209.9/year on printer ink! I have an HP Deskjet 845c and that thing goes through ink cartridges so fast. I’m praying that I win one of the Kodak printers!

I save a ton of money by using vinegar for nearly ALL of my cleaning needs. I use it to disinfect, kill smells, remove mildew, kill fleas, whiten clothing, AND for fabric softener. I buy it by the gallon, several at a time, and it does everything I mentioned, plus more, saving me tons of money on cleaners, not to mention our health by keeping chems out of our home.
My HP printer died and I would love this so I can send my family pictures of my kids. My mom just went into a nursing home, so she doesn’t have computer access, is 700 miles away, so visits aren’t a daily thing. She could watch the kids grow again!
Tweeting from http://twitter.com/JEFletcher
I could save 90.13 with this printer, probably more because I may have underestimated how much I print.
My money saving tip – coupons! Take the time to clip and scan the weekly ads. It does save money.
I’m a member!
I make sure we eat before we go anywhere and I always keep a snack in the diaper bag so we aren’t tempted to eat out. I love the printer!
My favorite money saving tip is asking yourself the question “Do I really NEED this?” About 99% of the time the answer is no. That doesn’t mean I don’t ever buy things I don’t need, it just makes me aware that I am in control of my desires.
My newest and favorite money saving tip is using White Vinegar for everything! I use it as a fabric softener for all my laundry, as an all-purpose cleaner for grease and grime. It works great for cleaning the stove and windows. And even for spot cleaning my floors. It saves me a ton of money and think I get better results!
Hello..wow what a great giveaway.
Money Saving tip: I am an addict to Starbucks! ADDICT. I finally started buying $25.00 starbucks cards…only allowed one a month…..it has really cut down on my lattes and spending.
sandy toe
fabulous giveaway.
one favorite money tip – making my coffee at home! I heart coffee shops, but the habit can leave you brought! I have a cute coffee to go mug and fill it up every morning before I head out! saves 3.50 a day, since I am a latte girl!
Favorite money tip- learn to perimeter shop at the market. Shop the outer rim-produce, deli, bakery, fresh fish and meat, dairy and then hop on out! Perimeter shopping saves me approximately 20-30 dollars a week!
I didn’t know about blissfullydomestic.com but have added you!

I hope I win! We’re out of colored ink right now.
just because it has a coupon does not mean its a great deal..and do the need vs want

Clip coupons and watch for sales.
My money saving tip is to get as much use out of every item as possible! Buy chickens whole and use them for two or three meals rather than buying already cut chicken in individual packages! Same for hamburger….the more you buy, the cheaper it is and you can always seperate it at home!

My favorite tip is when a BOGO coupon matches up with a BOGO sale–you can use one coupon on two items to get both for free! Really, take two of the sale items to the register, give them one BOGO coupon, and both items are free! You only pay the sales tax!

My husband’s parents (and mine) taught us about money, budgeting and planning when we were young… we applied those principles, worked hard and were able to retire well before 40. We are able to enjoy time with our children now and when they are in school, we can opt to return to the workforce.
My family and I are very frugal by nature and we’re raising our girls to be the same way. My best money saving tip is to teach your kids the value of money. I was so proud of my 6 year old and 4 year old daughters recently when we started discussing the upcoming ‘yard sale’ season. Both are saving their money and excited about finding new shoes, clothes and toys at yard sales. If children grasp this concept early on then it will be easier for everyone as they get older. Teach your children the value of money in all situations, whenever possible, and they’ll carry it with them for the rest of their lives. My husband and I are proof of that.
My favorite money saving tip is – shop at farmer’s markets!! Not only do they offer WAY cheaper prices than grocery stores, but you can also find a better/wider selection and you’re supporting local business/farmers!

Ohhhhh I so need this…..My fav money saving tip is to buy whole! We love fruits and veggies around here and you would be amazed at how much money you can save by buying a whole melon as opposed to buying pre cut ones.
I’ve gotten really, really good at clipping coupons and matching them to sales. Not only have we saved money on groceries, but the loyalty card gives us a discount on gasoline as well.
Best money saving idea is to have a kid’s clothing swap. My friends have kid’s of different ages and sizes so we get together once in the spring and once in the summer and swap clothes. It has been really helpful in getting chruch/dress up clothes because those items have the least amount wear and tear.
money saving tip…. coupons!

Thanks for the contest! My favorite money-saving tip…. hmm…….. Bake your own bread!! We save about $6/week or >$300 a year by doing this. Get a breadmaker — it will pay for itself in no time.
Also, Kodak tells me I spend 275 too much… eeks!
My printer using so much ink even on those documents that are just words in black and white with no pictures. A cartridge would last me only about 30 days. Then One day I found a way to save big on ink. When I am printing something that doesn’t require pictures and I am printing just documents in black and white I can change the settings to save on ink. Just click on print and when the print box comes up click on “properties” then under the tab “printing shortcuts” click on the drop down box of “print quality” and change it from normal to “fast draft” then click on the tab at the top “color” then change it to “grayscale” only. Your Done. This takes about 30 seconds total and will save you time and ink. It will make your documents print 10 times faster and it will take a lot less ink. I went from buying a black cartridge of ink every 30 days to one every 90 days~! This saved me about $30 every 90 days

My money saving tip is really very simple, if it does not serve a needed purpose, I do not buy it! I realized we had so many non-functional items in our home that were just collecting dust and serving no function or use for us. So now I really take the time to think before I purchase anything, no impulse purchases anymore. I actually find cutting coupons does not work for us. We end up buying items that we really do not need, and there is no point in buying a product just because you are getting a great deal on it. In terms of food, we cut out spending money on junk food, it serves no purpose. Things like cookies and chips are not healthy for my children or my husband and I, so I stopped buying them. It is amazing how just cutting out on buying useless snacks that are considered “junk” food has saved us over $25 per month! I could go on and on, but you get the idea, you can save so much money by only buying what is important, and relative to keeping yourself and your family healthy!
I Twittered about this wonderful giveaway. Here is a link to my tweet:
http://twitter.com/joannaonthelake/status/1516365262
I found out I will save $105.61 a year! That’s pretty substantial and I am sure in actuality I will save more because I am sure I print more than I realize! I would use that savings towards purchasing more eco-friendly products for my family of 5! Everyday I look for ways that I can “Greenify” our home and the products I use for the home and on my family and this money will help me to replace all of our old conventional household cleaning, health and beauty products with healthier organic natural products. It can get expensive so I am right now replacing them on an as needed basis! It would be nice to just go out and slurge on them! Thank you so much for the wonderful opportunity to enter. I have always loved Kodak products and know they are always going to be state of the art!

My favorite money saving tip is to buy books from http://www.betterworldbooks.com/. They have new and used books and free shipping in the U.S. The best part is that they will buy your books back after you’ve read them and pay for the shipping. They get their books from libraries that would of normally just thrown them out-clogging up landfills. They contribute money to literacy and education programs in return.
I overspend $122.98 a year! Yikes!
My favorite money saving tip is to do seasonal shopping after the season. Like buy gift wrap, decorations, gifts, etc for Christmas a couple days after Christmas. After the holidays, many stores put the holiday products on sale and it’s a great time to rack up on some great deals and save money.

My money saving tip would be this printer! I would save $90.91 per year – and that’s based on us not using our printer as much due to the ink costs – just think if we actually used it more often! I would use the money saved to print out more pictures and maybe even let my husband print out his work stuff at home so we would see him more
Thanks for the chance!
Fave $ tip: buy in bulk with a friend and freeze!

i shop for holidays at end of the season sales. for example, i bought mom’s mother’s day gift LAST YEAR at Hallmark –it’s an awesome mom-candle-poem-thingy. Love it! I also buy gifts for Christmas & birthdays as I come along them in my shopping. That saves up against the Christmas shopping crush near the end of the year!

I try to make meal plans for the month. This helps me when I go shopping to stick to what’s on the list and not buy so many impulse items
We would save over $217.00 a year on ink…
My favorite money saver is to only order water in a restaurant. It drives me crazy to spend $1.50-$2.00 on a coke or tea.
I don’t always buy name brands but try to buy equivalent, less expensive brands when I see them.
OMG. I LOVE this printer – to save money, we buy in bulk and use scrap paper to write grocery lists and stuff like that.
My money saving tip is combining sales with coupons. I also don’t go out to eat somewhere without printing off a restaurant coupon.
I found out I could save $39 a year!
My favorite money saving tip is to shop at consignment stores and thift shops.
I’m overspending by $108!

I save my family money by grinding our own grains for breakfast and for flour to make our breads, pasta and other baked goods from scratch. I can buy grains (even organic ones) MUCH cheaper per pound than bagged or bulk flour. It’s so much healthier, inexpensive and of course tastier! I have even started selling loaves of bread to friends because they taste so good!
I overspent $182.14 one year alone!
Can’t believe you are falling for the “You Print, We Prosper” campaign. Why spend $149-299 for a printer to make prints for the minimum of $0.15 each when you get superior quality at Snapfish for $0.09 per print.
Real photo paper is better quality and cheaper!

I coupon clip for everything! I check sales at my local grocery stores and match up with coupons, then plan my monthly meals around what is on sale. I also shop rebate programs like Walgreens and RiteAid, where I can get a majority of my toiletries for free or a small cost. I never realized how much money could be saved on these basic items!
I never buy something online without checking FatWallet, Slickdeals, and a few other sites for a shopping code. I then shop thru a rewards site like ebates or FatCash to earn money on my purchase.
I overspent by $45.21 this year.
I’ve overspent about $100! Man I wish I had that back!
My favorite money saving tip is using my clothesline!
I love the way it makes my clothes smell – and my pants still fit when they’re dry! No more bending and stretching to get them “unshrunk” from the dryer.
And the best part is it gives me a little outside time each time I wash clothes!

it won’t happen this year I am going to purchase one of these great printers from my tax money.
My money saving tip, Cash, and Cash only.. no Credit. Also if you don’t NEED it.. don’t Buy it. New is not always necessary. We have 2 vehicles both used in great condition. Paid Cash for both. Also we don’t make unnecessary trips anywhere, and if it is within walking distance we walk.
Thanks for the chance, I really would love to win this wonderful printer.

As for money saving tips, how about riding the bus more to save gas money? We live on a bus line making it very easy to get downtown when we need to. It makes for a fun trip for a four year old too (he’s free!).
I can’t tell you how much I overspend on ink because I have a Dell printer and the calculator doesn’t give me the Dell option. But I can tell you I didn’t spend a lot on ink last year because we went for so freaking long w/o out because of 1) inconvenience of ordering and 2) cost.
And kudos to me, I already am a member of the community and get the newsletter.
Please, please, please let me win!
we save money by buying in bulk. we may have a lot of toilet paper around the house but we got it cheap!
i get the newsletter…
So all of us with many small kids are STUCK going to Walmart (you know groceries, diapers and shoes in one stop)….. did you know Walmart will take MOST coupons (yes even IPs)?? BUT they ALSO match competers sales!! So you can still one-stop shop at Walmart… when you puechase items that are on sale at another store, just show them the flyer and the item… they will also match store brands with their brand!! So great!!
The site says that my family overspent $90+!!! Whoa… I’ll be looking into a Kodak printer when we replace our old one:)
My savings tip that still makes me giggle:
When I see a magazine that says “how to save $100 this month” I think to myself start by not buying this magazine…and then I don’t.
My family cooks all our meals at home! We never go out to eat.
garlandofroses@gmail.com
It estimated that I’d save just about forty dollars a year!
garlandofroses@gmail.com
They didn’t even list my printer at PrintandProsper.com. I didn’t think it was that old. I used a model that I assume is close and it says I waste 157.73 a year. I guess I don’t print as much as I thought, I don’t even spend that much a year on ink. It doesn’t matter right now though as I am out of black and therefore printing nothing anyway. Thanks for the contest, another little bright spot in my day.
My favorite money-saving tip is making a menu plan for the week (and sticking to that plan). I know exactly how much money I am going to spend at the grocery store, and I almost NEVER waver from that.

Hi. My best money saving tip is for plant fertilizer. You need a large, no larger jar. The one I use is about 2 ft tall. I fill it 3/4 full of water. Then when ever I use an egg I add the shells to the jar. I keep it under my kitchen sink. I use the water/liquid to fertilize my plants. You do need to keep a tight lid on the jar to keep the smell in.
Cheers and happy growing
Hi. I just subscribed. Can’t wait for the first newletter.

When I need a chocolate fix, I run out to the stores the day after a big holiday and stock up on half-priced chocolate.

We go to all of the free events sponsored by libraries, city, parks, etc to keep the kids busy.
I use coupons and stock up when there is a sale. If you have a small house you can get creative and find places like under the bed to store things. Just make sure that you will be able to use it all up before the expiration date.
Apparently have overspent by $300 plus! Yikes~
Don’t go to the grocery store when you’re hungry.

You can use two manufacturer coupons when the grocery or drug store has its own offer of buy one get one.
Brought a new printer 6 months ago, used it one month, and all I would have to go through just to get it repaired, if it is broken, turned if off, a new printer would be a blessing.
my favorite money saving tip is
Always ask yourself “Do I really need this or do I just want it?” I may need new glasses but I might want designer frames.

Wow, Bruce. I had no idea. Thanks! I suggest using your coupons at places that will double and triple them.
I save my coupons until the item goes on sale….sometimes it is actually free using this method. I have so many other ways to save money that I use without thinking about. Being a single mom, I am quite frugal….but feel I live very comfortably.

Coupons really are the way to go if you have the patience to clip them.

My favorite tip is to haggle with the salespeople. They will come down on prices if it means making a sale!
Before ordering online, I go to sites like couponcabin.com, etc and see if I can find codes for free shipping or other discounts. Why pay full price if you don’t have to?
I am a big comparison shopper, and always watch for free shipping if its something I can wait to buy!
It’s been harsh for me lately, and I need hope.
You can shop, save money, and help the economy all at the same time.
Wait until the sale, there’s one always just about to start.
use coupons
Unplug electronics or switch off electrical strips buttons. Even with the electronics plugged in, electric still runs through most of these .

I save money by shopping at home more as I check all the ads before I leave the house to make sure that I have all my coupons for the items that are on Sale!

my fayorite tip is to stay single
Clipping coupons is my favorite tip. My family gets together about once a week and we swap coupons. That way everyone gets what they need.
I have such an old printer that it’s not even on the list! And I save money by not printing my photos out so much. In fact, I haven’t been able to buy color ink in a while, since it isn’t a necessity and it’s $35! Crazy.
Ok, but really – When possible, I like to use a credit card that gives me cash back. Even if it’s just a little, every bit counts! (and, of course, never carry a balance) I’m terrible with coupons.
TIPS:
-keep ripped black tights for a punk weekend look.

One of my favorite money saving tips: Instead of spending $$$$$$$$$$$ to rent those new movie releases and video games from those ‘over-priced’ rental chains – next time, try renting for ‘free’ from your local library!
Yes, for absolutely ‘free’!
Most public libraries offer free rentals on cds and dvds ( some even offer free video game rentals).
Usually, the only requirement for rental is a current library card; which is also issued ‘free of charge’!
Thanks for the ‘great’ giveaway offering and good luck to all!

My favorite money saving tip is to buy only the things you really need insted of buying cheap things that is useless.
Favorite money saving tip … NEVER go grocery shopping when you are hungry
I have learned to shop like my grandmother and mother shopped…especially at the grocery store. I plan my menu not based on what we are hungry for, but by what is on sale that week. Using the grocery flier, I use what’s on sale to give me ideas on what to make! It really makes it easier…I think coming up with the ideas of what to make without getting in a rut making the same things over and over is much easier when the store figures it out for me!
I bought a cap for my Keurig coffee pot that allows me to reuse the single cup coffee containers.
My best money saving tip (for nonessential items) is this: just say no. If no doesn’t work, then I say not now. Then, if it is still demanding to be purchased 48 hrs later I check ebay, look online for coupons or reconfigure my budget to allow for it.
my favorite money saving tip is to keep a post it on my credit card that says “Is that worth going inot debt for?” It reminds me that I need to watch my instant gratification impulse :p
best money saving tip Always shop with a list and NEVER deviate from it:j
