It’s that time of year again. Cold and flu season (cough cough) is here! I’m really not a huge germ-o-phobe, but I hate getting sick, and even more so when my child gets sick. Keeping the germ spread to a minimum is a must this winter, and here are a few articles that can help:

Another way to prevent kids from getting others sick is to teach them to cough and sneeze into their elbow! (The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends this method.)
