Recently, a white Styrofoam cooler container was delivered to my doorstep and I knew I was in for a treat. Inside? Meal selections from Omaha Steaks!

So back to my gift – Top sirloins, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, pearl onions, mushrooms) and a most delicious carrot cake..all easy to prepare.
With the steaks thawed, in less than an hour I delivered a beautiful meal to the table without a mess in the kitchen. (A little secret, I could have used a microwave in a pinch and cut the cook time even more).
Wow! So easy and quick to make and looks like a restaurant meal!
