You know what I love to eat during the summer?  Salads.  Any and every kind out there.  I have always been a big fan of salads, but I love them even more during the summer.  There is just something about eating a cool, crisp salad on a warm day.  Plus, you can pretty much toss whatever you want in them and call it dinner.  (Or lunch.)  And if you need a little inspiration, I’m sharing 7 summer salads that you just have to try!
