Sometimes its hard to find just the right ornaments for your tree, if you are into shabby chic, vintage or one of a kind decorating. These spoons were my Mothers, she collected them throughout her life, some are over 60 years old and come from all over the United States.
I love that they look like they are floating in a cloud in my feather white Christmas Tree.
Since my Mother is no longer with us. This is a sweet reminder of her. Plus I think it is just the perfect little touch to my vintage home.
When decorating your tree or home, using things that have history or bring back memories is a perfect way to add character and love to your home.

What a wonderful way to honor your mom! During her life, my mom also collected spoons during her travels. (We were marine corps family.) Thanks for the great idea. Now, I’m off to find those spoons.
