You know how on the weekends, most grocery stores have tastings? I usually avoid my grocery store on the weekend, so I usually miss those. Last weekend, however, I needed bread, meat, apples, milk and Diet Dr. Pepper. (Hey, a girl has needs)
When I was passing by the deli the woman had a tray of pretzels, cubed cheeses and lunch meats (SCORE!) I might have missed lunch and been a bit hungry so there’s a possibility that I might have descended upon here like a horde of pre-schoolers on cupcakes and Capri-suns.
She pointed to a container of Boar’s Head Pepperhouse Gourmaise and told me to dip my lunch meat-pretzel-cheese cube into it. I did and immediately every taste bud in my mouth began singing hallelujah and doing a salsa dance.
I snatched up two bottles of this amazingly creamy, cracked pepper, mustard-mayo delight brought it home and started making sandwiches. Nathan and I may never go back to regular condiments again.

Seriously y’all.
Dip a pretzel in it… pile on the red onions, cucumbers, lunch meat, spinach leaves, romaine, arugala, pepperjack cheese, colby, monterrey jack cheeses… let your imagination run wild!
Trust me, your taste buds will thank you for it!

This post is in no way sponsored by, paid for or even known of by Boar’s Head people. This post is strictly my opinion and the product paid for out of my very own pocket. I am in love with this stuff and wanted to share the wealth of yumminess with y’all. Once again. NOT SPONSORED

Oh Alyssa! I’m so sorry you can’t get it there! I think maybe it’s a new product because I hadn’t seen it before that trip. Maybe it’ll make it out to you eventually? Or.. I’ll bring you some to BlissDom!!!
Looks yummy – (and even if it was a sponsored post it would still look yummy!) – now on my next week’s grocery list. THANKS for the tip!
thanks for spreading the joy you experienced
Surely not as good, Alyssa, but in Tiny Town South, USA I *can* find my latest sandwich friend: Hellmann’s Dijonnaise creamy dijon mustard. Dee-light-ful!!
Boars Head rawks. Their deli meats & cheeses are supah yummy and all their condiments are top notch. I’m going to have to pick up some of this next week on my weekly grocery trip!
Thanks, and You’re Welcome! Can’t wait to hear how you enjoy it and what you put it on!!!
You’re welcome!

Yes Yes Yes! Their peppercorn Turkey breast.. {Drool}
Let me know how much you love it!
I love this stuff, even had it on my hotdog tonight!
I’m a Boar’s Head salesman on Cape Cod and yes it is a new product and it has been very well recieved…in this area it is available to all local independant markets and recently been added to Stop and Shops’ inventory. But the ultimate combination will be with BH’s newest great product Everroast Chicken…this product is just days old but will revolutionize the sliced chicken market….watch for a strong national add campaign on The Discovery and Food Networks in Sept….
