Step by Step Directions to Hard Boil (or Hard Cook) an Egg

After watching this video, you’ll be able to perfectly Hard Cook eggs.

• Place your eggs in your pot
• Pour just enough water into the pot to cover your eggs
• Bring your water to a boil
• Shut off the heat under the pot, place a lid over the boiling water and eggs
• Set a timer for 15 minutes
• After 15 minutes take your pot with your eggs and water in it and place it in the sink where you will run cold water over it to stop the cooking process
