Love garlic but hate chopping it because it sticks to you, the knife, and anything else it touches? I find it very frustrating when the garlic is sticking to my fingers but there is a helpful solution! Here’s a quick tip to help your sticky fingers out!
Add a little salt to your garlic when you start chopping. Now this won’t keep the garlic from being completely nonstick but it will make a big difference and keep most of the garlic on the cutting board instead of all over your fingers!
Oh, and do you like that knife in the picture? Well, I just happen to know where you can get it! It’s called a Chopper knife from New West Knives and it makes even this non-gourmet gal feel like a professional chef!
