WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product. –

This is a voluntary recall due to laceration and fire hazards.  This recall is for the GE-brand digital, 14-cup food processors.  The food processors (the one pictured above) are black with stainless steel trim, and have model number 169203 printed on the bottom of it.

If you own one of these GE 14 Cup Food Processors, stop using it immediately and take it back to Walmart for a full refund.

I got this very food processor for Christmas last year, as soon as I get home, I’m headed to Walmart to return it.
