Choco-Nut Triangles – 12 Days of Blissmas Cookies Day 2

These fun cookies look a little trickier than they actually are – in fact, preparation is pretty easy! Love it!
- 3/4 Cup stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 Cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pkg (6 squares) white baking chocolate
- 1 Cup coarsely chopped salted peanuts
- 1 square Semi-Sweet baking chocolate
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 13 x 9 pan with aluminum foil (parchment paper also works) with ends extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, flour and baking powder.
- Chop five squares of white chocolate; stir into batter with peanuts. Spread into prepared pan.
- BAKE 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan.
- Microwave remaining white chocolate in a microwave safe container on high for one minute (stir after 30 seconds). Drizzle over baked rectangle. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in microwave safe container on high for one minute (stir after 30 seconds). Drizzle over rectangle.
- Using the foil handles, lift from pan. Cut into triangles.
