My childhood memories are filled with the colors and scents of Autumn. I remember watching the vanilla ice cream melt from the touch of those freshly baked apples as I waited for my mother to serve it.
At our home I try to re-create those warm and cozy fall memories for my family. Nothing can replace my satisfaction when I see the smile on their faces when they walk in the house and get that first whiff of those sweet, cinnamon-y apples baking in the oven.
