Cream Biscuits or Easy Shortcake

This simple recipe makes delicious cream biscuits using no shortening, and can be adapted to make a delicious, simple shortcake.
- 4 C Flour (half white, half wheat is our favorite!)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbs Baking Powder
- 2 C Cream
- Mix gently, roll or pat out and cut.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approx 20 minutes.
Option: To make easy shortcake, add 1/2 C Brown Sugar!
Serve with whipped cream and strawberries for a fantastic treat!
