This Easy Cheesy Broccoli Rice Recipe is the perfect go-to side dish when you’re scrambling for a quick and healthy addition to your dinner! With just four tasty ingredients, it’s sure to please your entire family; especially the cook!
Easy Cheesy Broccoli Rice Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Cup uncooked brown rice
- 1 & 1/2 half Cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 slices American Cheese
Easy Cheesy Broccoli Rice Recipe Directions:
- Prepare brown rice according to package directions. About five to ten minutes before rice is finished (depending on how well cooked you like your broccoli), add the broccoli florets to your pot of cooking rice.
- When rice and broccoli are fully cooked and prepared per rice package instructions, return to low heat and add seasoned salt and cheese slices. Stir well until melted and fully incorporated.
- Serve and enjoy!
Yields approximately four servings.
