Help Kids Eat with a Cupcake Trick

I found a new little trick to help my girls eat their meals!

I simply take a piece of whole grain bread, remove the crusts and roll them out thin with a rolling pin.

Then I fold the bread into a non stick sprayed muffin tin.

I bake them at 350 for about 8 minutes, let them cool for 5 minutes and they are ready to fill up!
I put everything from scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage, lunch meat with cut up cheese, tuna fish with celery or chicken salad with cut up grapes into these.

I call them “cupcakes” which of course helps my kids to gobble them up!

what a neat idea. Thanks
I don’t need help getting me to eat (maybe some help getting me not to eat?) but this looks pretty good haha.
Neat idea for kids and adults. Imagine the appetizer possibilities….
Brilliant! Thank you for sharing this idea. My kids will eat almost anything… IF it looks cute like this. If I just put it on a plate? Forget it. Thanks for giving me a new idea to add to my arsenal.
