My favorite activities lately have been the ones that involve the whole family in the creative process.  The time spent together creating and chatting allows for wonderful conversations and new insights into one another.

The other night we decided to work on inspiration boards together.  We used some of the the girl’s favorite magazines and catalogs such as: Your Big Backyard, Ladybug and Magic Cabin.  I also threw in some of my favorites: Body+Soul, Wondertime and Edutopia.  We spent a wonderful night by the fire cutting (great for fine motor skills), pasting and discussing our selections.
