The laundry is a never ending task around our house. As I’m loading the washer and I check pockets for surprises – you know, rocks, money, crayons etc. Inevitably I end up putting everything I find in my pockets! Talk about counterproductive. I created this little laundry catch-all and it’s solved all my problems.
You’ll Need:
- Small can (I used a tuna can)
- Scrapbooking paper
- Embellishments (1 brad, glitter and tag)
- Scissors or paper cutter
- glue
- pen
Create
Cut paper to the size of your can and secure with glue.
Add embellishments. I glued on a simple tag with a brad and the phrase “Little of this… Little of that” written on the front, then added a bit of glitter to spice it up a bit.
This little craft took minutes (REALLY) and gives me something VERY practical and nice to look at on laundry day.

What a cute idea! I thought I was the only one that put little things from pockets back into MY pockets only to end up washing them later!
