I have been inspired by so many women who take organizing to a whole new level. Here are some organizing techniques using ways to actually hold or containerize your belongings; giving each one a new beautiful home.

Laura the Organizing Junkie suggests setting up a command center. A Command Center is somewhere to capture the bits and pieces of life that are happening right now and can’t be filed away just yet.

Katie made this mini password book using her scraps to organize and keep track of your passwords.

Rita created this DIY Grocery Bag Organizer. How to create a pretty plastic grocery bag organizer by reusing a wipe container and scrapbook paper.

Selissa made herself a yarn organizer. She’s hooked us up with a tutorial on how to make a yarn organizer that is portable and will keep kids from destroying the yarn and the project attached to it.

Check out Shannon’s information station that she keeps off the kitchen by the door where they exit to the garage.
Her label categories are the following: Responsibility Chart, Responsibility Chart, Homework, Hey Mom & Dad – Look at this (paperwork they bring home from the school that I’m suppose to read or sign), Return to School (homework that needs to be turned in or anything I was suppose to sign and return to the school), School Calendar.

Organizing toys is now easier than ever! The best part is this system makes it really easy for them to clean up after themselves. Print out these labels for shoe box sized and gallon size clear bins.
You can use “shoe box” sized bins several ways:
1. Up high in a closet so you can control how many toys are out.
2. In a game closet easily available for them to reach by themselves.

Papers going back & forth to school are the toughest to track! I love Shannon’s information station!
