Earlier today the girls and I tested out Powder Art and had a ball! Powder Art is a dry paint powder product made from recycled paper product. Which means no mess or stained clothes because no water or liquid paint is used! You simply pull back a piece of paper to expose the “sticky part” and brush the powder on.
My girls love to do art projects and we are always looking for unique and inventive ways to incorporate art into our day. Powder Art does just that, we had so much fun using their product. This would be a perfect mess-free activity to do at playgroups or birthday parties!
Another thing I love about it is, it teaches number recognition. If you choose you match up the color of paint to an assigned number on the piece of paper. It also helps children develop their motor skills and lets them explore their creativity.

Powder Art offers six different types of sets: Jungle Animals, Sports, Planes & Trains, Bible Stories, Puppies & Kittens and Magical Moments. Each kit contains four design boards, eight Powder Art colors, a paintbrush, instruction sheet and tray to hold the powder paints.

I am excited to announce that Powder Art is going to award TWO WINNERS their choice of a Powder Art Set!
Giveaway: To enter to win this fabulous Powder Art Set leave a comment on this post by Friday March 27th @ midnight for your chance to be randomly selected. We will announce the two winners on Saturday the 28th here at Blissful Kids.

What a fantastic idea! Why hasn’t anyone ever come up with it before? I love the fact that there is virtually no mess and that even the youngest of kids can get in on the fun. My two would love it!
I think we could still make a mess with it. But it’s not art if it’s not just a little bit messy, right?
