These sparkly pine cone holiday decorations are simple, beautiful and so fun for the kids to make!  Use them as a centerpiece for holiday meals, a pretty bit of eye-candy for the coffee table or string them up as an ornament!

What You’ll Need for the Sparkly Pine Cone Craft:

• Pine cones
• Glue (we used Elmer’s)
• Glitter
• Clear fishing line (optional)

How to Make Your Sparkly Pine Cones:

1. Take a nature walk with your kids and have them gather up pine cones.  My kids had a great time seeking out the most unique looking pine cones.
2. Cover your pine cones in glue and then sprinkle or roll them in glitter.  The more the better!
3. Allow to dry and then display in a pretty bowl.
4. If you want to use your sparkly pine cones as ornaments, tie the clear fishing line to the top of the cone in a loop.
