We make at least one trip to the dollar store each week for more play-doh. My kids adore the stuff and often play with it three or four times a day. So what happens when we run out? (Because, inevitably we do.) Well, we make our own, of course!
-
Home Made Play-Doh Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour (I used expired wheat flour in the photo. My kids love it because it looks like sand.)
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 cup water
-
Home Made Play-Doh Instructions:
- Combine flour and salt in a large bowl
- Pour in water and mix until you reach the desired consistency.
- Play!
-
Home Made Play-Doh Care:
- Store in an air tight container
- If dough begins to dry out, knead in more water until desired consistency is reached.
