West Beverly continues to keep us on their feet with their latest episode, “By Accident”. Let’s rehash all the drama shall we?

Mr. Matthews (Ryan) is back and has a new attitude! He quickly transfers Silver out of his class and blows off an invitation to lunch with Kelly. When Kelly confronts him about kicking Silver out of his class he admits that he is “burned out” with teaching and plans to quit at the end of the year. Ryan later decides to give Silver a chance to write a paper for his class. When Silver writes an amazing paper on the book he assigned he agrees to let her come back.

Annie is very excited about the new musical. She decides she wants to try out for the lead as Cleopatra and tries to convince Ethan to try out so they can spend more time together. While Ethan is helping Annie practice lines they are interrupted by Annie’s ex, Ty, who tells Annie he can’t wait to work with her again. This makes Ethan jealous and determined to try out for a part. Annie is disappointed when she doesn’t get the lead but Ethan convinces her it will be fun anyway.

Adrianna continues to deny she is pregnant. Naomi questions why she is refusing to go to the doctor and finally gets Kelly involved. Naomi confronts Adrianna and tells her she thinks she should have an abortion. Kelly tells her she needs to “take control of her life – now!” After a long drive up the coast Adrianna realizes she needs to make a decision and goes to a women’s clinic. While she is there she discovers she is too far along for an abortion and that she became pregnant before she went in to rehab. This means the baby’s father is……. Ty!!!

Tension between Silver and Dixon continues to build as Silver refuses to discuss the fight they had on the beach. Silver continues to miss Dixon’s clues about how he is feeling and thinks everything in their relationship is just fine. After Dixon turns to his mother for advice he realizes what he must do. He finds Silver at the casting party and breaks up with her!! He then leaves Silverat the party – devastated.

Naomi’s father informs her that he is putting their house on the market and that she is going to have to move in with him and his new girlfriend, Gail. When Naomi tries to refuse, her father lays down the law and demands that she move in with him. Naomi pretends to play house with his new girlfriend but is bitter that her mother abandoned her. When Naomi goes back to the house to get a pair of jeans she finds her father in bed with the realtor! She uses this information to get out of his house and in to the local hotel.
