Were you a fan of game shows? Back in their heyday, they were pretty entertaining. A bit of bawdiness in the afternoon in the form of Match Game couldn’t be beat. And of course, the over-the-top antics of the contestants on The Price Is Right were always good for entertainment.
In recent years, game shows have lost their pizazz. Whether it’s no more Richard Dawson kissing all of the eligible (and not-so-eligible) women on Family Feud. Or maybe it’s the sheer number of choices in television viewing these days, but one thing is certain: game shows just don’t get the ratings they once did.
Sure, there are cerebral games like Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Deal or No Deal..but do they have the following that the game show gurus once enjoyed?
Which is why, we need to do it the way the Japanese do. You like Japan. You like Tetris. Maybe you don’t like gameshows so much? Now, here is a game show you want to watch!
