There’s a startling trend meandering its way through Hollywood: Celebrities are starting to uncannily resemble one another via plastic surgery. I understand the need to keep up one’s appearance when one’s livelihood depends heavily on aesthetics. But did Meg Ryan walk into a plastic surgeon’s office and say, “Doc, turn me into Nicole Kidman?”

Because that’s totally what happened.
