Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick are expanding their family, by two!

The couple, who were married in 1997, announced last week that they are expecting twin girls via a surrogate mother. According to a reports, “They could have kept trying on their own, but they’ve always wanted to have more children and felt this was the best way to go.”

Parker and Broderick have a six-year-old son, James Wilkie. The girls are due this summer, as is the start of production of the Sex and the City sequel. The pair is reported to be “over the moon” and are anticipating their lives to “get a lot busier”.
