Unless you spent 2004 living under a rock, I am sure you are familiar with the 2004 Superbowl slip-up of Janet Jackson‘s. It occurred while she was performing with Justin Timberlake during the half-time show, and has since been deemed a ‘wardrobe malfunction’.

Following the slip-up, the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) then attempted to fine CBS $550,000 since they were airing the SuperBowl to an audience of around 90 million people.

Today, the Federal appeal’s court threw the fine out. A panel of three judges said that the FCC, ‘acted arbitrarily and capriciously’ for issuing the fine to CBS in the first place.

And in totally unrelated news,  Rapper Ice T wore a fuschia suit this weekend in Vegas.  That’s right, the fuschia suit as seen above.  What would you do if your significant other tried to leave the house in this suit? Because I’m pretty sure if mine did, I’d take lots of pictures and then convince him to change.
