I know I am late to the game, but I just recently found this show on TLC. I fell in love with it from the first episode. Each and every time I watch the show, I am amazed by how this family functions. I am barely able to get things accomplished with two children let alone 8 children, 6 of which are 4 year olds.
This week Jon and Kate took their brood to see a living theater production of Adam and Eve. It was amazing. The theater group uses live animals in their story and it really brings things to life. The children got to meet the animals after the show. This was such a huge thing for them since at their age they are really into anything fluffy and fury. The amazed looks on their faces were just priceless.
Each child was able to pick out a stuffed animal to keep as a remembrance of their wonderful day. I am sure they will treasure them and their memory of that day forever.
At the end of the episode Jon and Kate were both talking about their wonderful blessings they have received and how thankful they were for all of them. I think it was a nice reminder to everyone that was watching that we should all be thankful of the blessings we are given in life and to never take them for granted.
