Kate Gosselin of Jon & Kate Plus 8 was on The View this morning …but this time as a co-host, instead of a guest.

• She asked Victoria Beckham a question (so memorable I forgot the question).
• She told Dr. Oz how she’s always bought organic and her kids don’t know what Doritos are.
• She mocked Madonna’s VMA speech in honor of Michael Jackson.
• She weighed in on Mrs. Duggar’s health after having 18 and soon 19 children.

Then she answered the question, “Why not just quit the show?” when asked about the drama that is now Jon & Kate.

Which is the real question.

In the midst of the complaints about her husband, and the criticism she receives about exploiting her children, why stay on?

It’s her job and she needs the paycheck.
