For the past several weeks, as we approach the season finale of Project Runway, there has been much talk of who the guest judge might be for the final show of the season (and the final show before the series moves to the Lifetime channel next season). Previous guest judges have included Debra Messing and Victoria “Posh” Beckham. It was heavily rumored that the guest judge for this season’s Runway would be Jennifer Lopez.

Well, the designers are showing their looks in Bryant Park this morning and J-Lo is a no-show. It sounds as though she canceled!  But have no fear, because in her place as guest judge is none other than… TIM GUNN.

I’ve made no secret how I adore Tim’s no nonsense wit and guidance as a mentor in the workroom. Will he be able to “make it work” as a judge? I can’t wait to find out!
