From the makers of the hit ICE AGE series, RIO is a comedy-adventure about taking a walk on the wild side. Blu is a domesticated Macaw who never learned to fly, living a comfortable life with his owner and best friend Linda in the small town of Moose Lake, Minnesota. Blu and Linda think he’s the last of his kind, but when they learn about another Macaw who lives in Rio de Janeiro, they head to the faraway and exotic land to find Jewel, Blu’s female counterpart. Not long after they arrive, Blu and Jewel are kidnapped by a group of bungling animal smugglers. With the help of street smart Jewel, and a group of wise-cracking and smooth-talking city birds, Blu escapes. Now, with his new friends by his side, Blu will have to find the courage to learn to fly, thwart the kidnappers who are hot on their trail, and return to Linda, the best friend a bird ever had.
RIO hits movie theaters on Friday, April 15. Rovio and 20th Century Fox have teamed up to create ANGRY BIRDS RIO, a new game which will have 45 dedicated levels based on this new movie. Angry Birds Rio will be available for download on smart phones and tablets world wide.

My kids love Angry Birds and Cut the Rope, but they also love to play Simon and Block Slider too. My husband is a big fan of Hordes of Orks and I love to play Words with Friends and Tap N Pop.
Angry Birds is at the top of my list. It’s so addicting, I bet the new RIO Angry Birds is also super fun!

I have to admit, I play angry bird constantly (hanging head in shame).
My favorite games are Angry Birds and Bejeweled Blitz!
My son and husband love Angry Birds and I am trying to win this for them. I somehow do not manage to have enough time to play any games so currently do not have a fave. My fave was once Text Twist.

brasil in 3d is sweet. this doesnt even remdind me of Angry birds. in the iPhone game called Doodle Pinball Adventures you can hit angry birds with pinballs as they fly by, on one of the levels.
