Olympic gymnast and DWTS contestant Shawn Johnson is breathing easier now that alleged crazed stalker fan Robert O’Ryan, 34,is behind bars. O’Ryan was arrested Tuesday at CBS studios after jumping the studio’s fence and authorities say they found loaded guns, duct tape and love letters in a car he drove from Florida to meet Johnson.

Johnson’s mother filed a restraining order, and O’Ryan has been arrested and is being held on $220,000 (raised from $35,000) bail. If convicted he could face up to four years in prison.

Johnson still plans to continue competing on the show.
