“Secret Lives of Women” tells the stories of real women in unusual situations. The premiere episode “Mothers of Murderers” profiles women whose children have been convicted of murder and their struggle to come to terms with the events. This season will also covers extreme diets, cults and mail order brides among other things.

The new season premieres Tuesday, August 18 at 10pm ET.
