Since most of my photography consist of natural light settings… I sometimes have to deal with noise.
What is noise?
Noise in photography is almost always bad.
Noise is the annoying grain you get due to a lower light setting.
I had 2 photo shoots in a row that had the most awful noise… the baby’s face was so grainy I was heart-broken.
A friend of mine introduced me to a beautiful program called Noiseware. This program does cost a pretty penny (around $50 – $70.00) BUT! it has been worth every dime. It ties into your Photoshop Elements or CS3 programs.
I find myself addicted to it… using it on photos that don’t really have a noise issue… but just need that extra special softness to them.
In short…
NOISEWARE ROCKS!
Heres one example of what it can do (subtle, but noticeable difference)
AFTER reducing noise…
