It’s almost that time. Summer is winding down and Autumn will come knocking on our doors.
I love decorating for Fall with pumpkins and gourds in all colors, but especially the white ones that have become so popular. A simple arrangement for the table can be made with moss, pumpkins and gourds that will last until Thanksgiving.
On the front door a wall pocket, surrounded by an old frame, spills over with the colors of Autumn. For whimsy, witches boots hang from a planter filled with coleus that will soon wilt in the cold weather.
Hot soup, warm fires, football, are you ready for Autumn?

I am so ready for fall- especially after the cool weather we had this weekend…. I was asking my husband of mid september was too early for fall decorations- and he said yes- but I think I’ll decorate early any how….

Christmas is my all time favorite season to decorate for but fall certainly comes in 2nd! The colors are so bright and makes the house look so warm! I have bins and bins of seasonal decorations in my attic and can’t wait to bring out the fall ones (although I will miss the summer weather)
I love your decoration ideas! I need to know about the 3 gold gourds on the windowsill with garland wrapped around them…how did you get those little holes in the gourds?? Thanks, Michele (p.s. I love Fall…!)
