Sometimes decorations are not in the budget. This was the case for us when we were starving students and new parents with a small income. This is when I found the love of using every day things for decorating purposes!

Plates by far are one of my favorite ways to spruce up a wall or room. I use them everywhere. Now don’t think that the only places to find plates for your walls is at a department store or from your own cupboard. By far some of my favorite plates I’ve found have been from second hand stores and garage sales!
