Now that you have grown or bought that pie pumpkin, what to do with it? Here’s an easy tutorial on how to use your pumpkins for eating and composting!

You will need your pumpkin, a big sharp knife, a bowl for the seeds, and a glass baking dish or two.

Make sure you clean out all the strings, then fill seed bowl with water so the strings will sink to the bottom.

Place washed seeds in a glass baking dish in a warm, dry place and stir them throughout the day until they dry, then shell and eat!

Thank you for the easy-to-follow guide on using pumpkin. It’s very useful, especially for me (I live in Indonesia) where information about making muffins and pies are rare.
Dilasari- You are very welcome! I’m glad I could help! Enjoy~
