Everyone seems to be sick right now, so here are some eco-friendly tips to help you stay well.
1. Wash hands often. Use a natural soap in place of antibacterial soaps with “triclosan.” Most of the illnesses we get are viruses anyway.
2. Clean your home with eco-friendly disinfectants, such as PureGreen24 and Vinegar of the Four Thieves.
3. Get some sun. You get vitamin D from the sun and vitamin d aids with your immune response.
4. Exercise, regular exercise keeps you healthy and helps your immune system.
5. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. They are full of all the vitamins your body needs to stay healthy.
6. If you feel yourself coming down with a cold take the homeopathic medication Zicam to keep from getting sick or to at least lessen the cold.
7. If you feel yourself coming down with the flu take the homeopathic medication Oscillococcinum.
8. Take your vitamins! Get a good quality multi-vitamin, it’s extra important during cold and flu season.
9. Stay hydrated!
10. To help others keep from getting sick, stay home from activities when you are sick if at all possible.
